Pricing information

Returns – Guarantee
Have 10 natural days, from the day of delivery of the product, to return it to us unused and exchange it for another product or for a refund, in the case of the following situations:

Once you receive an authorization number for the return by email, you can send us the product. To return the material, remember to send the complete product in the original packaging along with all its documentation.: instruction book, warranty, etc.
ATTENTION: All expenses caused by not having contacted us before the return, for not having waited to receive the return authorization number or for not having used the documents provided, will be deducted from our debt to you. We cannot pay any costs incurred by the customer due to these reasons described here.
What happens in case of warranty problems?
